Stranded

A study into the human condition through yearning, loss, despair, and growth. Second Strand is a collection of works of mixed media in acrylics and inks, painted with a sense of minimalism and expressionism to echo feelings of emptiness and fragility. The raw canvas becomes a medium itself in becoming drawn from the surface and peeling back the layers.

Stranded takes me on a journey to a place where time and space doesn’t matter, it becomes a place where I’m home.
